The Gossip Girls
It all began with these ladies! While driving home we turn left at the sheep. The sun was setting and everything in the field was glowing a warm gold. I had to find a way to recreate this in my paintings. That’s when I began exploring gold leaf. Gilding my canvas backgrounds turned out beautiful but a challenge to reproduce. After so many prints that didn’t meet my standards, I paid for a special course from one of the top quality, best artists to learn how to beautifully reproduce my gilded paintings into prints.
